This week we’re kicking off our Tough Interview Questions Series! Over the next few episodes we’ll address some of the most common (and tricky) interview questions you may encounter, starting with “What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?” File these tips away for future reference so that next time you’re in an interview situation you can nail it!
Strengths
- Think about the role and the skills you want to highlight
- Give examples, but always limit your answer to 2 or 3
- Use testimonials
Weaknesses
- Prepare a unique answer for each position
- Don’t overanswer!
- Overcome a former weakness
Remember, interviewing is like an audition. Get through the trial with enough preparation so that you have a chance to really shine on the job!
